For eligible borrowers, this represents a meaningful saving. On a $1M loan, the absence of a risk fee can save between $4,000 and $7,000 depending on the security type and LVR. Over the life of a 12-month facility, that difference compounds into real money.
Resolve supports both first and second registered mortgages, giving borrowers and brokers flexibility in structuring multi-security deals. Whether you are bridging between properties, consolidating existing debt, refinancing an expiring facility, or settling a purchase, Resolve provides a clean, predictable cost structure with no surprises.
The product covers all Australian postcodes and accepts residential, commercial, and land security types. Terms range from 6 to 60 months, and borrowers can repay early with just 14 days notice — no early discharge fees, no break costs.
Resolve is ideal for borrowers who have a clear income trail and a credit score above 600. If you meet these criteria, there is no reason to pay a risk fee elsewhere. This is the product your accountant would choose.

Standard Bridging

Who qualifies for Resolve?
Companies or trusts with an active ABN, a credit score above 600, and accountant-verified income or prepaid interest. The loan must be for a commercial purpose — personal or consumer lending is not available.
Does Resolve have a risk fee?
No. Resolve is the only Alphacon Capital product with no risk fee, making it the most cost-effective option for eligible borrowers. This can save thousands of dollars compared to Boost, Flexi, and Reach, where risk fees range from 0.40% to 0.70% of the loan amount.
Can I get a second mortgage with Resolve?
Yes. Resolve supports both first and second registered mortgages at up to 75% LVR. For second mortgages, the LVR is calculated on a combined basis — our loan plus the existing first mortgage cannot exceed 75% of the property value.
