What we do
We provide short-term commercial loans secured against Australian property. Our clients are companies and trusts that need capital quickly — for acquisitions, refinancing, working capital, or bridging — where traditional bank lending is too slow, too rigid, or simply unavailable.
Four products cover every scenario: from standard bridging finance to progressive drawdown facilities, regional lending, and complex structures involving second mortgages. Same-day decisions. No income verification. No postcode restrictions.
Non-NCCP lending
All Alphacon Capital lending is to companies and trusts registered with ASIC, for commercial purposes only. We do not provide consumer credit and are not regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP). Borrowers must hold an active ABN with GST registration.
Structure
How we operate
Alphacon Capital operates as a mortgage manager. We originate deals through our broker network and manage the borrower relationship end-to-end. Credit decisions, underwriting, and settlement are handled by our institutional funding partner.
This structure means we can move fast — same-day credit decisions on complete submissions — while maintaining institutional-grade credit discipline. We are not a balance-sheet lender taking unlimited risk. Every loan is underwritten against clear criteria.
